2013年3月22日，我校隆重舉行2013年碩士學(xué)位授予儀式。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)胡建成、林建忠、徐涌金、陶偉華、蔣家新、俞曉平、宋明順出席授予儀式并在主席臺(tái)就座。有關(guān)二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、分管研究生教育工作院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，指導(dǎo)教師，二級(jí)學(xué)院研究生教學(xué)秘書(shū)、研究生輔導(dǎo)員，2013年（春季）授予碩士學(xué)位的研究生及其家長(zhǎng)和親朋好友，在校研究生參加了授予儀式。授予儀式由校黨委副書(shū)記陶偉華主持。
     授予儀式在莊嚴(yán)的國(guó)歌聲中拉開(kāi)序幕，副校長(zhǎng)俞曉平宣讀校學(xué)位評(píng)定委員會(huì)2013年（春季）授予碩士學(xué)位的決定和獲得碩士學(xué)位研究生名單，共有146位研究生獲碩士學(xué)位。
     校學(xué)位評(píng)定委員會(huì)主席、校長(zhǎng)林建忠教授在授予儀式上用全英文做了致辭。
    “Today is held here the graduation ceremony for postgraduates, the ceremony of degree granting. First of all, on behalf of the university, I’d like to express my warm congratulations on the postgraduates, and express my sincere gratitude as well to the supervisors, teachers and all the staff for your excellent work.
     I’m in a complicated mood now. On the one hand, I feel happy and proud of you for your achievements. On the other hand, I feel a bit unwilling to say goodbye to you. Before your departure, I’d give you several key words:
     The first word is “graduation”. Graduation has mainly two meanings. One is “to be granted an academic degree”, the other is “to advance to a new level of achievement or skill”. Therefore, your graduation means that you’ve finished your postgraduate study in the university. Meanwhile, it represents a new beginning of your “l(fā)ife study” in the society. I hope that you will regard today as a starting point on your way of life and career, to pursue life-long study, to explore new knowledge, to broaden your horizon, to make further progress and to advance to a new level.
     The second word is “master”. Likewise, “master” is also an ambiguous word. In addition to Master degree, it could mean an expert and a person who controls over something. You get a master degree, which indicates that you’ve mastered certain academic knowledge and capabilities. But I hope that you will be a master in life, and hope you will draw wisdom from traditional Chinese culture.
     The third word is “intent”. At different stages of life, we intend to achieve different goals. Driven by correct intents, our life will be more efficient. Prof. Chen Xingshen, a mathematician, once attributed his success to correct intent, correct time, correct place, and good instructor. For you postgraduates, your should build a new intent as soon as possible when you get into your new career.
     The fourth word is “Information”. Information is the key element of this modern information society. Whether we can make correct strategies complying with objective rules depends largely on whether we can acquire accurate and overall information in time. Valuable information and high-quality ideas do not come from nowhere. They come from our reading all the literatures of books and websites and from communications.
     The fifth word is "Innovation". Innovation is one of the necessary conditions for doing work. The ability involves thoughts and methods, which call for innovative elements. Only with innovation, can we improve the ability. I hope you will learn to accumulate knowledge, to analyze facts, to criticize the existing theories, and there from to create new ideas and new thoughts.
     The last word is “alma mater”. We call it “mother school”. In China Jiliang University you’ve lived and studied for years. All the roads on campus, the Wangshu and Xihe pavilions, the RiYue Lake, the classrooms and library have witnessed your hard study, your love, your tears and your dreams. I hope that you will remember mother school when you leave here. I also expect you will visit mother school every now and then.
     My dear students, from now on, you will leave your teachers and classmates. A new window has opened for you, a new road is extending under your feet and you will try to prove yourselves with your own efforts. At the time of parting with you, I wish each of you a very promising future and good health. Wherever you are, remember you are CJLU graduates and CJLU will back you forever.”
     光電學(xué)院沈常宇老師代表導(dǎo)師發(fā)言，他用自身經(jīng)歷告訴大家：一是要有責(zé)任心，為實(shí)現(xiàn)民族復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量；二是做事必須有信心，這是成功的第一要訣；三是擁有一顆低調(diào)實(shí)干的心，正如李克強(qiáng)總理所言“空談?wù)`國(guó)。實(shí)干興邦”；四是常備一顆感恩心，常做感恩之事，常說(shuō)感恩之言。
     機(jī)電學(xué)院畢業(yè)研究生趙泉?dú)J代表全體碩士學(xué)位獲得者用“難舍量院、難舍師恩，難忘父母之恩、難舍同窗之情”對(duì)母校提供的良好學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和導(dǎo)師的辛勤培育表示最誠(chéng)摯的謝意，對(duì)父母細(xì)致無(wú)私的愛(ài)和同學(xué)的相互支持與幫助表示感謝，他們定會(huì)謹(jǐn)記學(xué)校和導(dǎo)師的忠告，傳承“精思國(guó)計(jì)、細(xì)量民生”的校訓(xùn)，用今后的工作業(yè)績(jī)?yōu)槟感?zhēng)光添彩，祝愿母校年年桃李、歲歲芬芳！
