　　報告人楊天宇教授簡介 Presenter: Tianyu Yang, Ph.D., Senior Member IEEE；Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering；Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University；Daytona Beach, Florida, USA。 Biography: 楊天宇教授2001年畢業(yè)于浙江大學, 獲信息工程學士及竺可楨學院UT斯達康獎學金; 2004年獲美國中佛羅里達大學（University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida）電氣工程博士; 2005年1月加入安柏瑞德航空大學 (Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida) ；現(xiàn)任電氣工程終身職正教授。主要研究方向包括自適應信號處理，無線通信，多智能體系統(tǒng)的分布式控制。楊天宇教授的研究多次獲得美國空軍研究實驗室AFRL（Air Force Research Lab）任務導向的自主機器智能（Machine Intelligence for Mission Focused Autonomy）項目及美國宇航局（NASA）的資助。他于2013年任美國科學院國家研究委員會（National Research Council）高級研究員，由空軍科學研究辦公室（Air Force Office of Scientific Research）資助. 他曾三次擔任空軍研究實驗室/信息部(AFRL/RI）訪問學者研究員 (Visiting Faculty Research Fellow)。在專業(yè)期刊及會議中發(fā)表論文70余篇。獲得的獎項包括: 2017年Abas Sivjee杰出科研獎，2010年IEEE佛羅里達分會杰出工程教育獎（IEEE Florida Council Outstanding Engineering Educator Award），以及2014年IEEE國際電子信息技術大會（IEEE International Conference on Electro/Information Technology）最佳論文獎。他是 “電路，系統(tǒng)和信號處理”期刊（Springer）的副編輯（Associate Editor）; 于2011至2012年擔任IEEE Daytona分會主席.
　　報告簡介： Abstract: This presentation will introduce a simple multi-agent flocking model with collision avoidance, and a distributed algorithm for estimating global features. The effect of jamming on these systems is then studied. Further, a communication-aware formation control model is presented with the aim of achieving optimum inter-agent distance for best communication quality. Simulation results will be presented to illustrate the effectiveness of these multi-agent systems.
